We produce high-quality, engaging videos that can be shared on any platform. These two videos feature how Quit and Stay Quit Monday can extend a commitment to quit beyond one special day, like a birthday or New Year’s, and instead make quitting a weekly MondayResolution. Recommitting every Monday gives people 52 tries to quit!
1.The first version is two minutes long and gives a full overview of the Monday concept as it relates to smoking cessation. It also highlights our research that supports this practice.
2.The second version is one minute long, and focuses primarily on our research. It has no voiceover and is optimized for easy use on social media.
